We all have stories we tell about our lives and experiences. The meaning we draw from these stories can be a source of strength, but they can also hold us back and cause us pain.

In therapy with me, we will work to break down harmful narratives and uncover your resiliency.

I work with individuals and couples from a nervous system informed perspective. I draw from Somatic Experiencing to help you tune into your body and build a greater sense of regulation and ease, and Internal Family Systems Therapy to explore the different parts of you with curiosity and compassion, aiming for a deeper level of healing.

I enjoy working with couples and supporting partners in navigating communication, conflict, and patterns that can feel stuck. Together, we can focus on building emotional safety, strengthening connection, and finding ways of relating that feel more authentic and aligned.

I also incorporate sex therapy into my work and take a sex-positive approach, creating space for open, shame-free conversations about intimacy, desire, identity, and sexual well-being - whether you’re coming in as an individual or in a relationship.

As a queer therapist, it’s really important to me to create a space where you feel safe, affirmed, and able to show up fully as yourself. Therapy can feel vulnerable, so I aim to keep things collaborative, grounded, and human - where you can talk about what actually matters to you without fear of judgment.

I have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of St. Thomas and am currently working toward licensure. I’m also pursuing a sex therapy certificate from the University of Minnesota. I am currently a Somatic Experiencing Intermediate I student, which is a body-based approach that helps people tune into physical sensations to better understand their internal experiences and support nervous system regulation and overall well-being
