About Us

Something was missing, so she decided to do something about it.

For the past twenty years our founder, Dr. Schwenke has worked in the mental health field in various settings. Throughout her years of service in these settings she noticed that something was missing in the treatment of symptoms labeled as mental health disorders, and she decided to do something about this. Mosaic Therapy Group offers integrative services in one place so that providers can collaborate and provide seamless care to you on your healing and well-being journey. In our initial visits with clients we take time to understand your health concerns as well as your story and then collaborate with you to create a treatment plan specific to your needs. Our work is grounded in the scientific evidence that the relationship between providers and their clients offers the best outcome for clients.

Our Philosophy

We have a belief - backed by science - that treating the whole person provides the best outcomes for healing.

The current healthcare system does not provide opportunities for the integration of physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Additionally, it does not consider how important it is to care for ourselves and our relationships. The traditional approaches to health often make healing complicated and slow because the diagnosis is based on only one aspect of a person’s history. The information from other relevant experiences and factors influences overall wellbeing. We believe collaborating with providers from multiple disciplines provides a supportive partnership for your healing and wellbeing journey.

Our Values

Professionalism

We strive for embodied presence of personal professional, ethical, and clinical expertise that is distinct within the profession.

Innovation

We are an integrative healthcare clinic using the latest mind-body research to treat mental and physical health.

Well-being

We pay attention to the biopsychosocial, spiritual, and physical aspects of life, because we believe this helps us do the work we are called to do with grace and ease.

Joy

We see the sparks of light in the world and pay attention to smiles as well as tears, hodling space for pain and the little things that help us move through it.
