Services
What We Offer
An integrative approach to wellbeing that brings together the best of conventional mental health services (talk therapy, medication management) and complementary approaches (acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, massage, yoga, craniosacral bodywork, integrative nutrition) in a way that honors your values and goals. It is grounded in therapeutic relationships and seeks to remove barriers to wellness and healing by focusing on the whole person.
We believe providing whole-person care provides the most effective process for healing.
Our services include:
-
We provide outpatient mental health talk therapy in-person or virtual. Appointments are 30-60 minutes and can incorporate traditional insight-oriented modalities, narrative, cognitive behavioral and trauma-informed modalities such as somatic experiencing, IFS, and mindfulness to support your healing journey.

Our providers prescribe and manage medication for adults. While medication can play a role for many people in their healing journey, we believe medications are part of an overall treatment plan that may include trauma-informed therapy and life-style adjustments to support overall wellness. Our providers take an evidenced-based approach to prescribing medications and have conservative prescribing practices that support the least number and lowest effective dosages of medication.

We provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore and achieve a holistic, personalized approach to healing by exploring underlying causes of health. Our integrative, functional providers understand there is no “one-size fits all” approach to the ways we approach food. We support clients by helping them set goals and use an integrative approach (wholefoods/traditional, supplements, and mind, body work) to support the healing process. We place a strong emphasis on allowing the body to be the guide.

Craniosacral therapy is a non-invasive hands-on treatment that may provide relief from pain. The focus of the treatment is on releasing tension in the body’s connective tissue. This connective tissue is known as the fascia, a body-wide connective tissue network that holds your organs, glands, nerves, muscles, blood vessels, brain, spinal cord. This connection within the body means that if one area of the body is affected another may be affected as well. The goal of craniosacral therapy is tension relief.
