Growing to meet the behavioral health needs of Minnesota through cutting-edge services.
Mosaic Therapy Group is growing in response to the demand for high-quality integrative services to address mental health. At Mosaic Therapy Group we are building a clinic that is cutting-edge in the field of mental health by focusing on excellent, whole-person care delivered by happy, healthy clinicians. We strive to give clients an amazing experience and accept most major insurances.
At Mosaic Therapy Group whole-person care is the integration of mind (psychology), body (holistic medical care, massage, acupuncture, and sensorimotor), and food (nutrition).
We are looking for fully licensed behavioral health clinicians (LPCC, LMFT, LP, LICSW), advanced practice health care providers (Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners), and integrative, holistic medicine providers (Acupuncturists, Nutritionists) and massage therapists. If you or someone you know wants to join a growing practice and a team dedicated to professionalism, innovation, interconnectedness, collegiality, well-being, joy, and a space to continue to grow and learn, we would love to hear from you.
Ideal candidates should have solid experience in trauma-informed, mind, and body approaches to treating behavioral and physical health and an eagerness to expand and grow clinically. Clinicians are expected to work independently and maintain their caseloads with a high level of professionalism and care. We are interested in candidates who are down-to-earth, kind, genuine, hard-working, creative, enthusiastic, emotionally healthy, and bright.

We are on a mission to change the way that individuals and providers work together to create meaningful change in the mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral aspects of health. In addition to providing exceptional behavioral healthcare services, we are creating an innovative medical practice that will transform the delivery and practice of healthcare. Additionally, our clinicians enjoy a strong, supportive, community of excellence that is authentic and driven by relationships not requirements. Our clinic leadership understands what it means to engage, learn, develop, and grow as a clinician, and we build systems that support the clinical practice of being a provider.

Answers to common questions about positions at Mosaic Therapy Group:
-
No! You can choose when and where you work. If you like Monday – Friday 9-5, do it! If you want to work four days a week, you can do that. If you want to work on Saturdays and Sundays, feel free! You can also change your workflow whenever you choose.
-
Of course! We believe that when you are doing the work you want in the way you want, you will thrive. As long as you are legally and ethically able to serve, we will support you in doing so.
-
Yes! We have a need for strong leaders to guide and mentor postmaster’s clinical fellowship trainees.
-
We operate in a split model that pays every two weeks based on a % of your client revenue. The split is determined by licensure status, years of experience, years with the practice, niche service provision, and more. Our average full-time licensed behavioral health clinicians have the potential to make $75K per year, though there is quite a bit of range explained by case load, license type, and a few other factors. With the benefits we offer, the rates we are able to get for services, and the simplicity of the workflow, being part of MTG is equivalently lucrative to operating a private practice.
-
No. We have a team of folks that handle basically everything that isn’t part of seeing your clients and writing notes. All you have to do is focus on the clinical part of being a clinician.
