I’m a relational therapist working with couples, families, intimate partners, friendships, and close-knit groups to support connection within self and with others. I often support clients navigating conflict, family dynamics, and the quiet hurt of feeling disconnected. I work with folks facing burnout, decision fatigue, and those connecting back to self outside of systems. I believe healing isn't linear and happens at our own pace, with ups and downs along the way. I tend to focus on the importance of self-compassion, humor, and slowing down in the journey for change.
My style is warm and direct. I integrate attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, art, sand tray, and creative practices to support the therapeutic process. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade teaching in the public schools. That work taught me about burnout and how we hold on to our humanity within the education system. I now work with educators and caregivers. I work under the supervision of Dr. Naomi Schwenke. Outside work, I enjoy eating good food, reading, solving puzzles, and jumping in cold lakes.
