When Stress Becomes Too Much
Stress can silently impact your life in ways you may not even notice. It can make everyday decisions feel daunting, disrupt your sleep, and strain your relationships. If left unchecked, stress can lead to burnout, emotional exhaustion, and even physical health issues. Therapy isn't just about managing symptoms—it's about reclaiming control, restoring balance, and rediscovering a sense of peace. Don't let stress dictate your life; seeking support can help you regain clarity and move forward with confidence.
