Life is full of stressors and situations that create a disconnect between ourselves and others. This disconnect can have serious impacts on our mental, emotional, and physical health and greatly lower our quality of life.

In my work, I aim to understand what has or continues to contribute to this disconnect, build awareness of its impacts, and find ways to reestablish and strengthen the connections one has with oneself and others.

I am passionate about providing person-centered care, believing that there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. My goal is to provide care that allows for your unique experiences and needs to be accounted and accommodated for. Within my work, I integrate a number of approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Somatic Experiencing (SE).

I have worked with individuals, couples, and families for nearly 5 years. Much of my clinical experience has been working with trauma, low self-esteem, dysregulation, and relational ruptures or challenges. In addition to my clinical work, I am a research assistant at Kansas State University, where I study contributing factors and treatment strategies of domestic violence and sexual assault.
